The Sr. UI/UX Designer will lead design creation and production for digital consumer experiences. The Sr. UI/UX Designer will be tasked with developing a comprehensive digital style guide and design system for the brand, creating low to high-fidelity mocks and user flows, and detailed specification documentation for developers. The Sr. UI/UX Designer must have a strong visual design eye and excellent attention to detail. The Sr. UI/UX Designer will report to the Director of User Experience and Design. 

Requirements: 

• 6-8 years of experience in visual design for digital products, and a foundation in UX for responsive websites and mobile apps 
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Illustrator and familiarity with Adobe Sketch / InVision prototyping tools 
  
• Ability to translate wireframes into visual designs 
  
• Can produce all aspects of cross-platform design from the entire application down to the feature level 
  
• Strong visual design eye with ability to work in and lead a design system
